Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how buyers (“Members”, “you”) can cancel a purchase or request a refund on Member-Bridge (member-bridge.com, also available at memberbridge.io), operated by Crushlinx Media Ltd. (“Member-Bridge”, “we”, “us”). Member-Bridge is a platform where content creators (“Publishers”) sell paid membership access to their own private communities on Discord, Telegram, or Instagram (Close Friends). Member-Bridge provides the payment and membership-management infrastructure for these communities; the communities themselves and their content belong to the Publishers. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Member-Bridge is the merchant of record, so refunds are handled by us and returned to your original payment method.
1. General Rule
What you buy on Member-Bridge is digital membership access to a Publisher’s private community. Because access is a digital service that begins once you are added to the community, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, except as described in this policy or where the law says otherwise.
2. Full Refund If You Never Receive Access
Access to each community is granted manually by the Publisher. Every club page displays a fulfillment promise window (for example, “added within 24 hours”).
- If the Publisher does not grant you access within the promise window shown on the club page, or within a reasonable time thereafter, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment.
- Before requesting a refund, please make sure the social handle you provided at sign-up (your Discord username, Telegram handle, or Instagram handle) is correct, as the Publisher uses it to add you.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include:
- the link to the club page you purchased from; and
- the email address you used for your Member-Bridge account.
We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer determines how long the funds take to appear.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Cancelling
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your member panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until that period ends, and you will not be charged again.
4.2 Refunds on subscriptions
- We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period once access to the community has been granted.
- If you were charged for your first billing period but the Publisher never granted you access (see Section 2), you are entitled to a full refund of that first charge.
- If a renewal is charged but your access has not been maintained, contact us and we will review the charge.
5. One-Time Passes
Some clubs offer one-time payments, which may be time-limited (for example, 90 days of access).
- Before access is granted, a one-time purchase is fully refundable on request.
- After access has been granted, one-time purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- When a time-limited pass expires, access ends automatically; expiry is not a refund event.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full. Email [email protected] with the details described in Section 3.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues — missing access, duplicate charges, unwanted renewals — can be resolved faster through our support team than through a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed on a charge we believe was valid, we may provide the card networks with evidence of the purchase and of the access granted, and your access to the relevant community may be ended while the dispute is open.
8. What Happens After a Refund
When a payment is refunded, the membership it paid for ends. The Publisher will remove you from the community (the Discord server, Telegram channel or group, or Instagram Close Friends list), and any remaining access tied to that payment is forfeited. The same applies when a subscription is cancelled or lapses, or a time-limited pass expires.
9. Dissatisfaction with a Community’s Content
Member-Bridge does not host, store, or moderate the content inside Publishers’ communities; each community and its content are the responsibility of the Publisher. Dissatisfaction with a community’s content is not, by itself, grounds for a refund — if a membership is no longer for you, you can cancel it as described in Section 4. If you believe a club page materially misrepresented what you would receive, email [email protected] and we will review your purchase. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights (see Section 11).
10. Note for Publishers
Refunds issued to Members under this policy, including refunds for access that was not granted on time, are deducted from the corresponding Publisher’s earnings under the Publisher’s revenue-share arrangement with Member-Bridge.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any mandatory withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund rights in your country of residence. Where such laws grant you greater rights than this policy, those laws prevail.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The version in effect at the time of a purchase or renewal applies to that payment. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on our site.
